Follow the below steps to check QuickbooksDBXX & repeat them for QBCFMonitorService quickly.
On the server computer, click on the Start menu.
Search Run and open it.
In the Run window, enter the command "services.msc"
Locate and double-click QuickBooksDBXX on the list. XX notes the version of QB.
For the Startup Type, choose Automatic.
